At my canandaigua location, the staff has been always most pleasant, always very helpful, and when you need your insurance company it's usually a tough time, they have always been very kind, patient, supportive, i have known a lot of the staff in 29 years, and as they have changed, the new ones seems to fit right in with the friendly constant support and great communication! "I worked with Taylor Martin and he was great! I initially stopped in for quotes on auto, home, camper and motorcycle. Taylor was super helpful and answered all my questions and even suggested things I wasn't aware of. He was able to get me a lower rate than what I was previously paying by a couple hundred dollars a year. I went in the next day and signed up with State Farm. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great Team at State Farm!! Would recommend!"

"I have been with State Farm for 28 years. I loved my previous agent and his office staff. They were always extremely helpful and courteous.
